Q: When will my orders be shipped?

Orders placed on weekdays until 3:00 PM are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday and during the weekend are freshly prepared and shipped on Monday to preserve the products’ freshness.

Q: How do the products arrive without spoiling?

Our products are packaged in special insulated styrofoam boxes and ice packs, in compliance with food safety standards. This ensures that the cold chain remains unbroken for up to 48-72 hours, and your order arrives at your door with its initial freshness.

Q: How should I store the products?

• Soudjouk: Can be stored in the refrigerator (0-4°C) as long as the vacuum packaging remains unopened. Once opened, it should not be wrapped in cling film; instead, it should be kept exposed or wrapped in a paper towel to allow it to release moisture.• Pastirami & Kavurma: Should be stored in the refrigerator. For long-term storage, a deep freezer can be preferred.

Do you have a Halal certification?

Absolutely. As Ahmet İpek Soudjouk, all our products are 100% beef, cut in accordance with Islamic principles under the supervision of a veterinarian. Our facilities are regularly inspected and hold a Halal Food certificate.

Which shipping company do you work with?

We have a corporate agreement with Yurtiçi Kargo to ensure fast and secure delivery to every point in Turkey. You will be notified via SMS when your order is shipped.

What are the return and exchange conditions?

Due to hygiene regulations for food products, discretionary returns are not possible. However, in cases of damage due to shipping, packaging deterioration, or incorrect product delivery, if you photograph the product upon receipt and contact us, it will be immediately rectified.
